Academic Process

  • Amount : ₦5,000 2035974822 – First Bank – NESTO College, Oyo

Prospective candidates are required to follow these steps:

  • STEP I: Fill the online application form or for in-person application – purchase a form from Nesto College administrative office, you can also download an application from this site.

  • STEP II: For offline application, submit the completed application form to the College in person or via email (to info@nestocollege.com).

  • Include the following with your submission:

    • Two recent passport photographs

    • Copy of birth certificate

    • A scanned copy of the bank teller(evidence of payment) (₦5,000)

    • Testimonial from Present or Last School Attended

    • Stamped and Signed Attestation from Place of Worship

  • STEP III: Upon receipt of all application documents, applicants are expected to take the entrance exams at the stipulated date and centres. Please note that all prospective candidates MUST demonstrate proficiency in oral and written English prior to admission into the College.

  • STEP IV: Successful candidates will receive admission letters with further instructions on registration procedures. Parents are required to pay School Fees upon receipt of admissions letters. All fees must be paid before the commencement of each term.

Admissions News

Nesto College is proud to open admissions for the next school year.

Admission is strictly by merit through competitive Entrance Examination conducted by the school. The Examination is conducted yearly in June, August and September.

The Examination is in two stages.

General Knowledge Tests: English & Verbal Aptitude, Mathematics & Quantitative Aptitude

Selection Examination: A comprehensive academic and general intelligence test, Oral interview/sports

A provisional admission into JSS 1 or 2 will be offered to any successful candidate. On payment of all chargeable fees, the admission will be confirmed.

Admission into SS1 is also made for candidates who have completed JSS 3 in our school or some other schools. Admission into SS1 is usually conducted on the first Saturday of August every year.

Boarding

Boarding Facilities exist for interested students, especially those from distant places.
Nesto College plans to train students who will feel homely at school and in the boarding house. In feeding, we cater for normal appetite in our mixed diet program designed for good and steady growth.

Visitation

NESTO expects the parents to pay occasional visits to the school to check on the progress /problems of their children. The visiting day for boarders is the third Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00p.m.

Parents/Teachers Association

The P.T.A. meeting is a forum for discussing vital issues concerning the welfare of our students and progress of the school. We expect parents to co-operate with the teachers by responding promptly and positively to our once a term statutory call. The P.T.A meeting is scheduled for the last day of every term.
